Leader and Strategic Thinker Shelly Lisoskie is the featured guest on The Ageless Woman Teleseminar Program this week.

Shelly Lisoskie started her career as a foreign language teacher and athletic coach. With a spit-fire mind, it's not surprising that Shelly jumped into personal computing technology during Apple and Microsoft's early days and became a technology trainer.

She left the public schools and became an entrepreneur. She and her partners at CompuShare published "Your Apple IIGS Guide" in 1989 to rave reviews by Apple II magazine, and went on to write and publish a number of Mac and PC related technology manuals.

Shelly and her husband, Pete Lisoskie, went on to form The Business Toolbox to help small businesses use technology to improve customer relations management.

In 1994 they wrote and published "Customers For Keeps: The Network System To Smash Your Profit Barrier". Their book received high praise from sales and marketing gurus Jay Conrad Levinson, Bill Bethel, and Rick Barrera to name a few.

Shelly returned to the world of education in 1996. Her mastery of technology and personally networking were instrumental in her career. She has had the unusual opportunity to teach pre-school through college, has run high school and college campuses, and has been responsible for large IT and vocational programs from the North Shore of O'ahu to the Pacific NW.

She is a resourceful manager and strategic thinker who delivers consistent outcomes by bringing diverse elements and viewpoints together to focus on mutual benefits.

Shelly believes true leaders strive to create positive, productive work environments where people can grow to achieve their full potential. Her mantra is "lead people, manage numbers" and her personal goal is to teach managers to become great leaders.
